The best way to get to know ourselves is to create; to tap into different forms of expression and give ourselves the permission to try them out; to play! There is such a profound fear of creating something unworthy, that we preemptively judge ourselves, which tends to keep us from ever trying. I have created this blog as a way to challenge that fear and to share the ways in which I have explored myself creatively; to give you insight into what it has taught me about myself and how it has expanded my growth. Remember there is no right or wrong way in art; art is the medium through which we offer a perspective, a unique vision. Keep that in mind as you allow yourself to explore!

Yoni Circle is an online community that brings together women from all over the world to share their stories. The purpose behind sharing stories is to tap into yourself and integrate the past into the present, allowing you to connect with that part of you that lived or witnessed whatever experience arises when you hear the story prompt.
PAINTING OUT MY PAIN
I have found that painting helps me sit with the harder feelings as they surface. Gifting me a way to express myself and make sense of the pain as it moves through my conscious self.
