The Faerie Gatherings
A community focused on creating a gentle and safe space to nurture creativity and healing through poetry workshops, storytelling, bookclubs and shared self-exploration.
This is a supportive community rooted in empathy, empowerment and connection. A place where everyone, especially women & femmes, queer folks and BIPOC creatives can feel safe, held and seen.
Let’s build this space together. Let’s gather, heal and create magic and community.

Upcoming Events
The Healing Through Poetry Book Club
August 23
7 PM - 9 PM
We’re so excited to open sign-ups for the next meeting of our poetry book club in collaboration with Future Front Texas! The Healing Through Poetry book club is a soft space to read, reflect, and reconnect through words.
Each month, we’ll gather around a poetry collection by a queer BIPOC writer and explore how poetry can help us heal, grow, and dream in community.
August’s book: Plantains and Our Becoming by Melania Luisa Marte—This poetry collection uses themes of self-love, identity, nationalism, displacement, generational trauma and ancestral knowledge to uproot stereotypes and examine the legacies of colonialism and racism, but never shies away from highlighting the beauty and joy that comes from celebrating who you are and where you come from. Melania Luisa Marte is an American writer, poet, and musician from New York.

Healing Through Poetry
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
